Refund policy

 RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it, and you must contact us about the return within 30 days after your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We exchange/replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts may not be returned for a refund, but can be replaced if defective or damaged.

If you wish to return an item or an item is defective or damaged, please email us at info@hudsonest.com to request a return authorization, providing your order number and the reason for the return. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return unless the return is accepted because items were defective or damaged.
