Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Regular shipping is free for orders of $25 or more. For orders under $25, the regular shipping charge is $5.00. Regular shipments to the contiguous United States will usually be delivered within 5-7 business days. We also provide options for expedited shipping, with the cost of the available options shown on our checkout page.

For subscription orders, expedited shipping, if selected, will apply to the initial shipment only. All subscription shipments after the initial shipment will be sent by regular shipping, and regular shipping charges (either $5.00, or free shipping for each shipment of $25 or more) will apply to each shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it, and you must contact us about the return within 21 days after your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We exchange/replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts and subscription items may not be returned for a refund, but can be replaced if defective or damaged.

If you wish to return an item or an item is defective or damaged, please email us at info@hudsonest.com to request a return authorization, providing your order number and the reason for the return. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return unless the return is accepted because items were defective or damaged.
